About Us

Why Choose MIS?

MIS has substantial experience in pool maintenance, cleaning and repair. We are a fully licensed and insured pool contractor, trained with the latest industry standards and are all about providing a consistent level of service, knowledge and support for your swimming pool needs. We are certified by respected organizations in our industry and we continually update our training and certifications in water chemistry as well as the industry standard certs.

This is important because to us because the State of California does not require pool service companies to be certified in water chemistry, so just about anyone can buy some equipment and call themselves a ‘pool service’ company without having a true understanding of what it takes to balance and treat your water properly.  We don’t want your pool or spa to be someone’s “On The Job Training”.  Call MIS Pool Care & Repair.

How does MIS save me Money?

Clear Water is Not Always Balanced Water. When pool water is not properly balanced, it can cause scale to build up on your tiles, clog your filters and put a strain on your pump, motor and equipment. Unbalanced water –even if its clear– will cut the lifespan of your equipment the longer its exposed to the problem.  The cost of having to replace a clogged filter is $100 or more, but replacing a motor or pump, or worse yet, plaster replacement, can cost thousands of dollars.

Call us today to see how you can prevent this from happening to your pool. And don’t just take our word for it!  Read some of the great things our customers have to say about our pool services – click here.

The MIS Advantage

Unlike most of our competitors, we use a Langelier Index Testing Method that provides a more accurate way to maintain your water balance throughout the year.  This is a higher quality test method in addition to industry standard testing, and is what sets MIS apart and provides our high level client satisfaction. We are glad to meet with our clients personally and analyze your specific pool needs.  Click here for more information on the MIS superior testing methodology.
